Non-Credit Elementary Hindi Program

Fees (2023-2024 School Year)

  • Group classes are comprised of 5-8 students, and full year fee for all groups meeting for one hour and fifteen minutes per week is $1350.
  • Full year fee for Immersion groups, meeting for 1 hour each week is $1000.
  • Customized private online class sessions available upon request for $800 for 10 hours. No discounts available for this offer.
  • Semiprivate classes- $65/hour/person for a group of 2, $55/hour/person for a group of 3, and $45/hour/person for a group of 4. No discounts available for this offer.
  • Registration is due by July 31st, for all classes starting in August/September.
  • $100 discount is offered to returning students enrolling by February 28th, and $50 for new and returning students registering by April 30th.
  • Late fee of $50.00 will apply if payment is received after July 31st.
  • Space is reserved for a student after the fee is received in full along with the completed registration form.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless there is a valid reason for cancellation like change of day, time or location.
  • Fees include all materials. Some items are consumables and some are expected to be returned after use.
  • Most Elementary level language groups meet from September through May for 30 class meetings for 1 hour 15 minutes each.
  • Group classes with less than 5 students might be cancelled.
  • Late Pickups – Teachers can not leave children unattended after class, and there is a small fee charged for late pickups. Parents should inform the teacher if they are running late beyond standard 5 minutes after end time, for any unforeseen reason. There is a charge of $20 for every 15 minutes or fraction of it.

Note – Major portion of the fees goes towards insurance, utilities, facility rentals, teacher’s salary, consumable and non-consumable class materials, incentive gifts for students, marketing, management and other events.
100% of the profits from these programs will be donated to literacy projects in India through India Literacy Project (www.ilpnet.org), Pratham (www.pratham.org), ASHA for Education (www.ashanet.org), Chandam School of Kathak Dance (www.kathak.org), and others.
