HOW TO APPLY

Please note the following when applying:

  • Registration for the Placement Test must be completed by June 30th. Scheduled date and time for the Placement Test is Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 10 am to 12 noon. Students unable to take the test on the scheduled day can request for another day and time. Last day for testing is Sunday, July 26th 2025. 
  • Year long program starts from August 16th/17th for all accredited and non-credit programs.
  • Fees are non-refundable.
  • Early Bird Discounts available through April 30th.
  • There are no make-up classes offered for missed classes.
  • Change requests must be sent at least 48 hours in advance for private class meetings, to schedule a different day or time.
  • There is a late fee assessed for enrollments received after July 30th. ($200 for accredited program and $100 for non-credit program.)
  • Admission for accredited high school programs is closed after August 15th. 
  • It is mandatory for students to follow MBK’s policies and procedures, attend classes regularly, and allocate adequate time to complete assigned homework.

Accredited High School Hindi Program Fees (2025-26 School Year)
  • Fee is $3600.00 for full year or $1950.00 per semester for full year program. Fee is $2500 for half year program like CR_Hindi2B. Fee for private sessions or makeup sessions is $80/hr/student.
  • Discount of $300 is being offered to returning students enrolling for the full year program by February 28th, and $200 for new and returning students registering by April 30th. See FAQ for more details.
  • Registration is due by July 20th, for all classes starting in August/September.
  • Late fee of $200.00 will apply if payment is received after July 20th.
  • Space is reserved for a student after the fee is received in full, along with the completed registration form.
  • Registered students must commit for one full year.
  • Registered students must follow district procedure for dropping the course. No shows are assigned an ‘F’ grade.
  • Grades are reported to the school district at the end of each semester.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless there is a valid reason for cancellation like moving out of State.
  • Students in the full year program will meet for a total of 150 hours from mid August through the end of May.
  • Late Pickups – Teachers can not leave students unattended after class, and there is a small fee charged for late pickups. Parents should inform the teacher if they are running late for any unforeseen reason. There is a $20 fee charged for every 15 minutes or fraction of it.
Non-Credit Elementary Hindi Program Fees (2025-26 School Year)
  • Class time for all non-credit groups is 1 hour 15 minutes per week for 30 weeks per school year, and the full year fee is $1550. 
  • Class time for Immersion groups is 1 hour per week for 30 weeks per school year, and the full year fee is $1350.
  • Group classes are composed of 5-8 students. Scheduled classes with low enrollment (<4) will be cancelled.
  • Customized private online class sessions available upon request for $950 for 10 hours. No discounts available for this offer.
  • Semi Private classes- $80/hour/person for a group of 2, $70/hour/person for a group of 3, and $60/hour/person for a group of 4. No discounts available for this offer.
  • Registration is due by July 20th, for all classes starting in August/September.
  • A $150 discount is offered to returning students enrolling by February 28th, and $100 for new and returning students registering by April 30th.
  • Late fee of $100.00 will apply if payment is received after July 31st.
  • Space is reserved for a student after the fee is received in full along with the completed registration form.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless there is a valid reason for cancellation like change of day, time or location.
  • Fees include all materials. Some items are consumables and some are expected to be returned after use.
  • Late Pickups – Teachers can not leave children unattended after class, and there is a small fee charged for late pickups. Parents should inform the teacher if they are running late beyond standard 5 minutes after end time, for any unforeseen reason. There is a charge of $20 for every 15 minutes or fraction of it.
Conversational Hindi Program for Adults/Groups Fees (2025-26)
  • Fee is $950.00 for a 10 week session. Check for available discounts for group classes.
  • All adult groups meet for 1.5 hours per week. Sessions are usually 10 weeks long.
  • Registration is due 2 weeks prior to start of classes. Groups are formed based on requests.
  • Late fee of $50.00 will apply if payment is received late.
  • Fee for private sessions (1:1) is $95/hr when scheduling for 10 hours or more, and $115/hr for shorter consultations.
  • Space is reserved for a student after the fee is received in full along with the completed registration form.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless there is a valid reason for cancellation.
  • Fee does not include any materials.
